Dr. Manon de Jongh - Keynote Lecturer

Manon is an Assistant Professor at Roskilde University in the Centre for Organizational Psychology. Here she researches the role of psychological processes in democratic development, in leadership and collaborative processes, and in the provision of welfare services in a context of increasing diversity and complexity. She is also a staff member at Roskilde University’s Master in Organizational Psychology and its Group Relation Conferences.

In addition to her work at the university, Manon is an independent consultant and coach. Working from a systems psychodynamic approach, she tries to make a difference through projects that involve leadership, organizational and personal development, multiparty collaboration, co-creation, citizen participation, democratic development and systems change.

Manon holds a PhD in organizational psychology from Utrecht University in the Netherlands and is systemically and psychodynamically trained. She is a member of the mediangroup in the Institute for Group Analysis in Copenhagen and a member of ISPSO, NAPSO and OPUS. Manon receives continuous supervision from psychoanalysts, both individually as well as in group settings.
