Early Bird Registration
runs until March the 1st 2025, the fee is DKK 4.500
Registrations later than from March the 1st 2025,
the fee is DKK 5.500
The fee includes:

- Lunch and coffee breaks during the whole conference
- Welcome reception Thursday the 11th of September
- And galla dinner Friday the 12th of September

Notification of cancellation must be made in writing to Henning B. Jensen by e-mail: nordicconference2025@iga-aarhus.dk
If the cancelation is received before June the 1st the paid registration amount will be refunded, less an administration fee of DK 500,00
If the cancelation is received before July the 1st 50% of the paid registration amount will be refunded, less an administration fee of DK 500,00
No refunds will be made of cancellations received after July 1st, 2025.
No refunds will be made of non-attendance at the conference.
If the conference is cancelled due to external circumstances beyond the control of the conference organisers, the conference organisers reserve the right to retain the entire registration fee or to reimburse the attendee after deducting costs already incurred for the organisation of the conference and which could not be recovered from third parties.
